We spent years taking our family to SF enjoying the city. In the past five years we have had our car window smashed outside of City Hall,been accosted by mentally impaired person on a street, when going to the theater you are exposed to unbelievable things happening on the street

You are putting a band-aid on a deeper wound! Hosting homeless at night and release them in the morning and supplying them with clean needles and place Navigation centers in a tourist area is Horrible ideas and bad policy. You will never get you elected again.
