Great! But the elephant in the room that @LondonBreed ignored is: why doesn't DPT have a Focus on 5 so they prioritize enforcement of double parking in bike lanes and crosswalks which are safety threats instead of swarming PCOs to enforce non-dangerous street cleaning violations?

Since they can’t pay the fines, people that shoot up, crap, litter, and block sidewalks will continue to be ignored. Going after drivers is more profitable

Mayor Breed our street system has such bad efficiency and safety in so many places, you can’t even get somewhere quickly when there’s no traffic! Your predecessors were so asleep at the wheel this is what we have. Drivers and others resort to dangerous tactics!
