You're sensible plan to speed up the planning process for affordable housing should also be applied to market rate housing. Limit the time for filing objections to approved projects to 30, 45, 60 or 90 days. The staff than can see and resolve all objections at the same time.

People are being pushed out already. Building net-positive units of housing (market-rate or affordable) is the only way to prevent SF becoming Hong Kong and all poor people being pushed out.
