You also have the problem that theirs not enough construction workers in SF to handle the construction permitting , therefore making the bids be even higher causing the housing market to cost to be so high.

Plus, the contractors are completely incompetent and dramatically overpriced.

Please do something about worsening traffic, i.e., hiring, training, & equipping traffic officers who (a) adjust traffic lights & direct traffic during commute hrs; (b) are deployed to do the same during traffic crises like last Thurs, and (c) cite vehicle and ped violators?

Developers must include a number of affordable housing units as part of any project. Before getting too excited let's make sure this isn't a loophole for wealthy investors to pad their pockets by not paying fees they can easily afford. The losses could far outweigh any gains.
