It took PG&E 2 1/2 hours to shut down ONE broken natural gas line today. Doesn’t give me confidence for earthquake preparedness. Can you address?

If the entire electric and gas infrastructure in SF was 100% perfect and there was 0 chance of anything happening and 100% of the people were 100% satisfied 100% of the time. Every private household would have a minimum electric bill of $2000 per month.
