Housing affordability is a right? As long as someone else pays for it right? This is exactly why SF is beyond screwed, these socialist policies are abject failures. Decades of democratic leadership and SF is a toilet bowl with empty storefronts everywhere bc of the city. Fools.

Not all teachers want to live in teacher housing complexes where we all take home the stress and trauma from work and stew in it together. We need programs that subsidize our rent or incentive landlords renting to teachers.
