Many homeless want to live in the street:no restrictions. Shelters have curfews, no drug policy, no alcohol. And the fact is many are homeless for those reasons. An incurable addition to intoxicants.

Walk the neighborhoods Madam Mayor . I would invite to start near Montgomery Bart and The Flatiron Building and just open your eyes from there especially in early AM. Our streets out dirty and we have tourists and visitors to our great city everyday day. Change starts Today !

You seem to talk more and act less. This city has lots of problems apart from just homelessness such as companies like Uber and Lyft have made a joke out of the federal & state laws. They have flooded the streets of SF with extra vehicles while most of the drivers sitting idle.
