We should pass my windfall proposal: $185 million for 310 new shelter beds, 300 units of master-lease housing, 255 units for formerly homeless seniors and adults, and much more. Every dollar we take away is one fewer bed. One more person on the street.

We'll continue to lead on so many issues: clean power, addressing questions about testing in the Shipyard, creating a safe & functional transportation system, pedestrian safety, protected bike lanes, and support our trans & immigrant communities in the face of continued attacks.

When you see
@SFPublicWorks out cleaning the streets, when you see@SFPD officers walking the beat in your neighborhood, when you see the@SF_HSH homeless outreach team and@SF_DPH health workers helping folks, when see a new bike lane, I hope you feel the difference.@sfbikeShow this thread -
We are working to turn the tide, and I want every San Franciscan to feel it. When I took office I believed we could solve these issues together. And I still believe. I hope you believe with me, that you hold your head high and take pride in what we can do together!

Let's also clean off the layers of dust collecting on the
@sfcta's congestion pricing studies. TNCs have increased congestion, but even without TNCs, our city is still far too car dense. Charge TNCs *and* private car owners for the privilege of driving into the city center. -
Yes! Plz go back and check out the work we've been doing at
@sfcta - staff have been working on just that! Also hoping to support a reintroduction of the State Senate bill Sen. Wiener ended up pulling...I fully support!

Walksf is not worried about congestion. In fact, congestion makes people walking and biking safer. We need to reduce space on our streets for all cars, privately owned and shared. And reduce speed limits across the city. +More red lanes so buses don’t sit behind ppl in cars

London, please don’t break the backs of those who cannot afford private car ownership yet depend on ride share services for mobility. Why privilege private automobile ownership?

OUR public transportation is terrible & broken so we'll tax private companies who will pass costs onto you to fix congestion. We'll make it so it's to expensive to operate here. No more uber, taxis etc = less traffic. Buy a bike

Ok, this is fine. I take these daily so I will end up eating the cost. I would take MUNI but it is completely unsafe and was terrifying on some days with my life threatened by unruly passengers. Make MUNI safer-it is very easy to do!!
