$11 million would fund the expansion of operations at existing Navigation Centers, an estimated 110 beds. $9 million would fund 14 additional behavioral health beds at SF Healing Center at St. Mary's Hospital. $10 million would fund 72 additional substance use recovery beds.

What about the Western Addition units where current residents are being wrongfully evicted and corruption runs rampant? Where maintenance has not been done for a decade and a huge mice and roach infestation terrorizes the current residence? Why is nothing being done about this?
