What are the actual numbers & details when it comes to folks receiving resources? The issue is a lack of resources. On a daily basis outreach workers are having to fight to get resources for folks. How did resources magically become available?

I shouldn't complain, but for decades we have been demanding this kind of approach. Now, city leaders are acting like they invented water with this new team. Its funny and sad. Government doing nothing until we reach a crisis and now getting credit as saviour of drug addicts.
