  Tents aren't people. I have seen fewer tents, but not fewer people in sleeping bags, huddling in doorways. This is going to be terrible when the December cold snap hits.

  Respectfully, what is the number of “folks” housed rather than tents reduced? Many of us don’t care about seeing tents. We care about building more affordable housing with rich services. Sincerely...please present these numbers to assure we are finally on the right track.
