We need to do more 26 trans deaths so far this year that were publicized so many are not add to that the other deaths and hate. We just need to erase hate across all spectrums forever and stand united in our common goals of being a better society for everyone

I’m sure our transgendered friends would also like to see stings to catch car break-in thieves, AND streets free of filth, excrement, & needles. Fewer words, more action. Flying flags doesn’t make SF safer for marginalized people; saying you are cleaning it up doesn’t help.

Thats how SF politicians work. Let's focus on things like renaming streets, banning plastic straws, raising a flag...... and completely ignoring ACTUAL problem such as homelessness and the disgusting state of the city streets. And then give ourselves a pat on the back..
