this is such a generic, cookie-cutter rebuttal to a ballot measure. if the best you can come up with is hand-wavy "lacks accountability" and "could make the problem worse" arguments, then i'm definitely voting yes on c.

I'm concerned about the 1,000 people a year that will lose their jobs according to the controller's report. I'm concerned about the continued cost of living increases that this brings.

1000 jobs for 4000 units of permanent housing for families seems like a decent trade for me tbh. Especially given that it’s not exactly difficult to find a job around here.
