We need to push ambitious solutions to give people safe options to sleep inside if we are going to see a difference on our streets. Mayor Breed, eliminating the 1000 person long shelter waiting list is a moral imperative and critical first step. We need a strategy to give shelter to all 4,350 men and women who sleep on the streets every night, especially over 2000 chronically homeless.
