Last month, we launched our new ONE System, a centralized database to connect homeless individuals with City services and track results. It’s the crazy people that are the problem. I am so tired of walking down the street and some crazy person tries to attack me or throw things at me or chase me. This needs to stop! They are scaring tourists and residengs away.
