  They're missing one key component. If u have Safe Injection Sites, then u should also supply the drugs. Nothing is being done to address the crime that's needed to purchase the drugs for the 22,000 IV drug users.

  Only 29 people/year OD on SF's streets. If you really want to reduce drug harm, you can do it for free. Legalize sale and consumption of all drugs in SF. And arrest any federal agents harassing SF citizens, just as you'd arrest any other violent predator.
