I would love to see improvements on enforcing passengers paying their fair share of the ride. As a regular MUNI rider, I see too many free loaders coming in from Outer Mission.

Why are trains two cars max? That’d be a good start to fix especially during rush hour.

Inside the subway is the only place where a three-car train could safely operate with on/off boarding.

Over and hour to go from Castro to Embarcadero today due to subway issues and lack of buses even an hour after the issue happened. This happpens way too often. Let me say that again 1 hour to go less than 3 miles.
