Today I took another unannounced tour of our streets, this time in the Castro. We need 24/7 police presence in Dolores Park. It's turned into a very unsafe place in the last 2 years.

You should come to Chattanooga Street and 22nd. My 4 year old found a used condom on the street this morning, and the neighbor found several used condom wrappers. Noe Valley is a complete mess, and needs to be fixed now. We need real political will.
