How about decreasing the clean up times? 12-24hrs is a very long time for a pile of needles on any sidewalk. The longer it’s there, the higher the risk something bad could happen. 1-4hrs? Why not? Same goes for feces. Comcast even gives better time windows....
@MrCleanSF @SF311 can we get this cleaned up ASAP please?
