  This is not the solution!! The solution is to open free rehab centers and cure this like it’s done in Europe! If you get caught in the streets doing drugs you get a choice: rehab or jail. Fix the core of the problem and not just mask it. Rehab costs $50k in the US. Make it free

  I do think there needs to be consequences though. Since we are opening these safe injection sites, further drug use on the streets should be enforced by @SFPD.
