Having city people in the elevators for BART has been great. We have a baby with a stroller so have to use the elevators, which have historically been pretty bad. Can that be extended to other stations like the Mission BART elevators?

I watched a street sweeper going down a district 5 street yesterday, and it was just spreading the dirt around, not picking anything up. More accountability for existing services paid for might go a long way too!
