This bill allows us to use conservatorship in a supportive housing model. I agree we need more mental health stabilization beds which is why I plan to work with every hospital in SF to expand the number of mental health beds.

Right. There obviously needs to be adequate staffing levels and adequately trained staff. That costs a lot of $$. Where's it coming from? BTW, us caretakers save the counties lots of $. You're all welcome.
