Some Social media companies are applying the rules it has long applied to other people to conservatives who encourage violence, including Trump. It’s not a slippery slope but rather it’s been an uphill climb.

Who does the ACLU think will be protected by protecting Trump. Do they think Twitter will read the statement and get better at protecting vulnerable speech or just laxer at permitting elite hate speech. Because that’s the most that will actually happen in reality.
