Anyone trying to justify Jordan Neely’s murder by referencing his criminal records are complete morons. I’ve represented multiple people who were arrested - multiple times - for resisting arrest. THAT WAS THE CHARGE. A criminal record is evidence of very little useful information

This isn’t on this guy it’s more of a general thing, and this isn’t a perfect example but I dislike this tendency we have when talking about gun violence in the US to act like it’s acceptable “in combat” or use terms like “weapons of war” to say it’s ok we do this overseas

Correct me if I’m wrong but this is pretty boilerplate language for a cease and desist with an added provision asking them to sign something to keep the funds they had been paid following a material breach. Could see how someone might think this is a lawsuit, but it’s really not
