I have a theory that all the Silizog Valley companies (FB, Tesla, Netflix, etc) "spontaneously" getting really bad news and then dropping 20% in a day is either foreign capital flight or some kind of short sell scheme (or both).

My company’s stock went up 150% in 07-08 to $100, insiders cashed out $160 million, including CEO/Chairman taking out $40 million himself. Then the stock crashed back to $30. So weird, right?
