- Reals planes hijacked by operatives to unknown location - Video editing of some feeds + planted explosives with (or without?) a Drone/Missile hitting the towers ? What bothers me is they could do it with remote control of the planes or actual suicidal/blackmailed operatives

Why take the risk of glitches in the video ? Maybe I'm overestimating the ability to remotely control the planes or to find good suicidal pilots and underestimating the ability to work and rehearse a video hoax

Well, to be as generous as possible: the two main things they wanted to conceal from the general public was what the object looked like close-up and how it appeared on contact with the tower. Why are there no ground camera crews for example?
