Ridiculously large matrix feature charts are no way to help customers figure out which software version they need.
For some companies, a downloadable CSV file is an API. It's easy to overestimate some large companies' technical capabilities.

"Hack" is now the most overused word in journalism now. You simply can't "hack" everything. Planning & patience are just as important.
Companies aren't awash in Big Data, they're awash in Meaningless Data; data w/ no clear purpose. And data mining doesn't fix that.
PDX's Airbnb registration process is too manual. Govt. isn't matching citizens' "one click shopping" expectations.
