He also has numerous other things to answer for on his voting record. There are plenty of abysmal MPs who have done some OK things.

Voting records don't show context/policy detail surrounding the vote, they're easy to attack even if there's no actual objection in reality.

There's always a reason not to have to answer for your record, huh? For once it'd be refreshing to hear someone just hold their hands up (1)

and say "yep, that was me. I'm not going to deny it. If you don't like it, I suggest you vote for someone else". (2)

Gavin has said that, many times, actually! Ask him! He's never hidden from his very public voting record!

If you get more followers, and you do get elected, you'll need to communicate to your residents about what you're doing.

I'm not actually trying to get elected anymore. I thought change was possible. It isn't. I wouldn't have a hope in hell with no funds.

What I *can* do is advocate and use my voice for the average person in Croydon. I'm willing to sacrifice my own time and funds 4 that goal
