An archdruid is approaching the end of their life. The only animal left for them to see & seek permission to shift into from is the one in the drawing, a legend to most. Unable to make the journey alone, they seek the help of adventurers to reach its lair in the high mountains.

The owlbear was only one creature in the menagerie of the crazed wizard. Also included were the owlsquirrel, the owlsquid, and the owlhyena.
