In #lawschool I often wondered if I was fit to b in #lawjournal, #mootcourt bc not many ppl w/ my same background did. I always went for it bc even if I felt inadequate I thought I could add something of value. I hope to do the same w/ @StudentAidCommission. #undocumentedunafraid

It's a fair question. In reality though she doesn't need to, when she can get all the benefits of citizenship without being a citizen

As someone who went thru the legal system to be here and become a US citizen I really don't understand how you can extol the virtues of being here illegally and advocate for more rights and representation for illegal aliens. By definition you are not right with the law.

In California undocumented people are part of the back bone of the state aka the 6th biggest economy in the world. When I see you and your family in the fields in Castroville for 16 hours a day then you can talk. She’s not aiding criminals she’s helping people become educated.

Congratulations!! I remember 1980, when the Junior Colleges were 10.00 a semester and UC Berkeley was 400.00 a semester! Thank you for helping to make sure everyone has access to education. 🎉👍✌️✊🏼🇺🇸

I was going to college back then. Classes were a whole lot more expensive. Guess I went to the wrong schools like Sacramento City Jr College and CSUSacramento. I paid a lot more.

Cali colleges/universities need to be made affordable to low income people. UC is an academic industrial complex not a public system. Also where was all your rage when Linda Katehi (an immigrant) walked away with millions & no jail time yet is STILL teaching in Tiny Town at UCD?
