I guess we know why Daunte Wright ran from the cops... He choked a woman during an armed robbery against her, threatening to shoot her when she screamed. Then he violated bail by possessing a firearm. Hence the warrant. If Wright hadn't resisted arrest, he'd be alive today.
Of course this doesn’t mean he deserved to die. The officer mistaking her gun for taser is inexcusable. She must be held accountable. Remember, multiple things can be true at once: Wright shouldn’t have resisted, Potter must face accountability, & there’s no evidence of racism.

All true enough, but you’d be fat more credible here if you at least acknowledged that the officer had no cause to use deadly force and negligently fired her weapon at Wright, which killed him.

To be devils advocate, had the police officer actually pulled her Taser and not her firearm he would also still be alive today.
Had he not resisted, she never would’ve had a reason to pull anything. Imagine that for a second.
