Absolutely! All they need to do to receive Title X funds is to agree not to perform or recommend abortions. They can perform all other healthcare. But PP is chiefly about abortion, and this proves it.

Abortions are less than 5% of what they do. So now women will struggle to get cancer screenings and birth control to stop unwanted pregnancies. Smdh.

Then it was PP’s choice not to fund those services because they would not agree to no abortions. For the sake of only 5% of what they do? That does not make sound financial sense. Does it make sense to you that they’d give up 95% of their services?
