I'm an atheist. I don't pray. Not even on the "National Day of Prayer." Not ever.
Many people don't pray. Many people don't believe in prayer. A National Day of Prayer erases and stigmatizes many of us.
But we are here, and we will keep fighting for freedom FROM religion.

It is uncomfortable to be at a political meeting where prayer happens, especially when they ignore other religion's prayers. Separation of church & state is still not 100%!

Yet we have to fight to keep church and state separate every day. Prayers still happen in political meetings, it makes non religious & other religions uncomfortable. Then the passing of laws to control others based on religious BS.
