To get my pistol permit I had to:
•Take NY safety class
•Take/pass handwritten test
•Pass target class w/ certified instructor
•Get 4 letters written on my behalf to judge
•Write letter to judge on why I wanted permit
•All so I cld prevent this from happening to me again

I survived brutal life/death assault by man w/ knife & brass knuckles August 2018, when I was a customer in nail salon. I’m a law abiding citizen. I have the God given RIGHT to defend my own life. @JoeBiden @KamalaHarris @RepPaulTonko will not be taking that away from me. Ever.
As it stands ANYONE can get a gun if they know the right criminal to buy one from. Trying to obtain one legally requires time, $ , and training What more can a normal person do to have the right to protect themselves ? What’s so hard to understand??
The US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit just ruled that there is “no right” to carry a firearm, either openly or concealed, according to the NRA.
but it's harder to vote because I have to fill out forms and wait two weeks
