    can anyone point me to evidence of 48 hour maximal infectivity of vomiting? (not norovirus). I can find lots of guidelines stating 48 hour exclusions but no actual empirical evidence base reporting odds ratios or anything else of the sort...

    Needs Rounds are hour long triage meetings, and can be run using our evidence based checklist . Needs Rounds also improve quality of dying for residents and increase staff capacity to look after people at end of life
