@YouTube I have met custom URL requirements for my channel to get a #CustomURL but my account is still saying ineligible. I recently changed to a brand account. When I switch back to personal account it says I'm eligible. Why? #help #techsupport #youtube
Thanks for your reply! So of course I just switched back to a personal account to test the theory people were saying on forums, then switched back to the brand account. So I just re-set it back to day 1 again? How frustrating!
