That’s nice but not in compliance with the withdrawal agreement. The effects of departure apply from 31 December 2020. Any supplier or courier jumping the gun on that is breaking the law

He's only reporting what he was told. Lots of people think the UK has already left. Even if he managed to convince the post office staff for this harvest, I'd guess these prices will apply next year.

Who is treating it as zone 8? We are still an EU member state and, if the WA is passed will still be subject to the same rules until 1.1.2021. So it would be unlawful to treat us as zone 8.

I know someone has already had their EHIC card refused. It may be illegal but exactly who do we complain to and who would do anything on an individual basis. Not being antagonistic just crushingly realistic. I feel like screaming/crying daily

Sounds very much that the EU, therefore, is an anti-choice, protectionist racket by design to bully countries into submission and has no interest in offering consumers a choice or its citizens freedom to ship outside of it.

Tariff free trade between 28 countries is protecting 500 million people + offers a great choice of good quality products. No bullying, except from the UK.

If you're talking about postage, that's always been up to each country, just like we have to pay more to send stuff to the mainland than within UK.
