    Long term danger for teacher is that players want to break free from rigid approach. On long term, manager's approach could result in chaos.

    For young players a manager can be confusing as they need a coach who tells them what to do. They don't have experience of their own yet.

    A manager is ideal for older players who already have experience and a reference of their own. He gives his players a lot of responsibility.

    The opposite of the 'teacher' is the 'manager'. For managers, the players are the objective. His method is only a means to improve players.

    Older players will protest when the 'teacher' introduces his rigid guidelines. They will feel their responsibilities & freedom are limited.
