    😢 Sending love to my Simbas Soccer Club. The most inspiring thing about Jimmy Banks was not the , or indoor titles. It was his commitment to taking a sport made elitist in the US back to its origins of a game for the poor.

    Great thread with podcast recommendations to add to the lineup.

    We spend a lot of time talking about black female voters but I think we actually need to do a better job of supporting black women in general. One way to do that is to listen to their podcasts. As a reporter, my number one go-to for politics are black female podcasters.
