The conservatives have spent the past decaded freezing my pay increases. Due to their spending cuts we've also had to work harder and harder as there are now 20,000 less of us in my job. So in short. Your answer is not a solution.

Fun fact, a few years ago when I was under 18, I worked as a waiter and got paid the absolute minimum wage despite working much harder than the others who were older than me. After reflecting I realised nobody should ever work more than what they are given the pay for.
