Sooner is better for kids with disabilities to get the educational services & supports they are entitled to under IDEA, but families are often forced into long & expensive legal battles to get them. A SCOTUS decision could further prolong this "process."

COVID is still a pandemic–a fast changing year-round threat killing thousands a week. But Congress' failure to continue funding is leading us to prematurely treat it as endemic. We need a national public health response that actually works to protect ALL of the public's health

Once again the GOP is playing reckless political games with our children's lives. They are bad at chess, very sore losers, and have no qualms about using the lives of our kids with complex medical needs & disabilities as pawns. We refuse to play along.

I wrote the law giving people access to safe, quality & affordable hearing aids over the counter. Nearly 30 million Americans with mild to moderate hearing loss can buy hearing aids off the shelf or online & save thousands of dollars. This is life-changing.
