That's kind of the problem. All citizens should be worried about it. At one point citizens held each other accountable for their actions in the neighborhood and town. Today, it's Walgreens. Tomorrow it could be the Mom and Pop shop down the street.

Nick we not getting shot or stabbed over 60 bucks worth of medicine. I hope if you see someone stealing you don't put yourself in harms way.

I do get what you are saying. It's more of a "how did it get to the point where this kind of thing happens in broad daylight in a major retail chain" kind of thing.

Stealing is wrong. Calling people narcs for coming out against crime is admitting you're an immoral fuck, so to hell with you.

Is it moral to let people die or suffer because they can’t afford medication?

And you’re right. Stealing is wrong. Pharmaceutical companies hike prices on drugs every year and mega corporations like Walgreens steal wages from their employees everyday.

No they don't. They tell their employees up front what their wage is. Anyone working at a Walgreens applied for the job, interviewed for the job and sought the position knowing what the wage was. Nice try.
