In 2014 I was wandering around Japan and took the thunderbird train from Osaka to Tsuruga and walked around and came across the museum to Sugihara. Inside I mentioned my Father's father was from Lithuania. Tsuruga also has sidewalk statues of Space Battleship Yamato characters.
