Important step from the administration here! A new EO is out to improve the system of rulemaking to make it more participatory, inclusive, & to ensure benefits are counted appropriately in economic analysis. Sounds wonky, but it's a gamechanger for getting things done to protect… Show more

Trump’s attorney Michael Cohen has already gone to jail for this crime. Now it’s time for Trump to face legal consequences as well. Substantial evidence led to this indictment, which was issued by a grand jury of everyday Americans. No one is above the law.

Great news! is urging indp. agencies to toughen rules to reduce bank reliance on debt and increase cash on hand. Those standards were loosened for medium-sized banks in 2018. They are also calling for DF 956 to decouple risk from CEO pay.

Agree! Great comments . This is an important shout out for moving forward on long dormant executive compensation rules to decouple risky activity and CEO pay. We should not be incentivizing risk.

Too often, companies make it difficult to unsubscribe from a service, wasting Americans’ time and money on things they may not want or need. I support 's proposal requiring companies to fix this. It shouldn’t be harder to cancel a service than it was to subscribe for it.

With four separate criminal investigations into him, Donald Trump announced his candidacy absurdly early in order to create an “election interference” defense. This is a meritless, disingenuous, bogus and circular defense, created by himself to defend himself.

Today, after yesterday's #IPCC report, everything is back to normal – as always. We continue to ignore the climate crisis as if nothing happened. Our societies are still in denial, and those in power go on with their never ending quests to maximise profits. We cannot afford this.

Stop acting like white collar crime is somehow less serious than other crime. There's a double standard in this country where we kinda brush off financial crime by billionaires. The former president being arrested for white collar crime is one of the biggest stories in history.

They prosecuted one Mayor of Baltimore for embezzling $500 worth of gift cards;another for scamming sales of her children’s book. The idea that illegally writing off your hush $ payment for a sexual indiscretion while running for President is somehow “too small to indict” is bunk.
