Bravo. I will max out for Pete, and this news just got another $100 towards that goal. I was never too upset about it as the campaign is so transparent, but for 30k to this point it doesn't seem worth giving critics a cudgel to beat up Pete with.

I mean, broadly speaking sounds like a good move optically. But don't non-profit organizations fighting climate change, animal cruelty, and other important issues have "lobbyists" too? Is a Lobbyist always a bad thing?

I agree with this take, but it's just not popular to do with the base. Kind of sad really, some people want to advocate for good reasons.
