Wouldn't that constitute entrapment in US law? (Or is ICE so far removed from actual law enforcement that the concept doesn't apply to them?)

This I don't get. 1st..students live in their countries and doing ok...but will opt for higher education in USA if available. 2nd...ICE lure them here on legal visas then wait for their visas to expire just so they could deport them Sounds to me like someone needing a play date

They don’t even wait for the visas to expire, the school is fake, so the visas were never valid in the first place. That’s an additional kind of super villain level evil.
