Unfortunately admins of #WCS decided to complete the qualifier while it was delayed for like 3 hours by a long Best of 3 between Clem/Guru. At midnight we were told 60 more mintues and reevaluate - at 1AM it was said to finish it all. At 3 AM with 1 bo3 - continue tomorrow.. :/pic.twitter.com/GOqdvLMdK4
I just assumed it wasn't an option, so i didn't care to ask about delay. I guess it's a bit of a difference between one final match & a long sequence,but still. I don't mind double elimination at all but it works better with more spacing, like 2x one and 1/2 playday a bit apart

I don't have a problem with long days or long streams but if you get reminded at 11PM , midnight and 1AM that it might be too late but make the decision to go with it - I think you have to go with it. 3:00AM or 3:45 doesn't really make a difference I guess.

First off - OPEN qualifier should have limitations. Master1+; I don't mind bad players or newbies - but this is a
#WCS qualifier. There is no point to have 4000MMR players; They lack experience, often are not in the channel, delay the tournament... etc. It could be easier. - Pokaż odpowiedzi
