Yeah a lot of these are great, except oracle mb? I think Chrono should be stretched out right now, its percent per second is too high. If it lasted longer and was slower that'd be a nice nerf to proxy sg and prism chrono without hopefully not ruining super-early game rush defense

Yea, i think spreading it out over 15/20 seconds instead of 10 would be a massive relief for terran earlygame already.

So make it 50% over 20 seconds .... exactly what it was in HotS and WoL. Honestly it never should have been changed in the first place
