if the tea i'm drinking doesn't say decaffeinated can i assume it's caffeinated? trying to make switch from coffee to tea to wake up ;;
@smixity yes - if you want to wake up, drink water 1st and mb some juice->healthy tea(green).the longer u leave the tea in, more caffeine(Y)

@smixity its a bother since i don't bring thermos flask...so usually cola. same caffeine as green tea. with enough food, sugar spike is fine
