I heard Random is super broken and I'd love to see how truly imbalanced it is. The legend says its OP vs Protoss especially. If there are any dedicated Random players wanting to play bo5 or bo7 vs my Protoss please PM me!

In the overall picture it's not, because Random player skill wise is worse than whatever player they are playing with 2/3 races and perhaps equal skill with one. There is a reason why there's no Random players and that's not because they have advantage anywhere.
Should really keep MMR and vRace% out, it will just end up confusing/misleading people. That part cancels out. R has 2 things worth discussing: The small obnoxious info advantage (does it belong?), and if R being harder to master somehow should 'okay' special treatment like info

I think Random in general has never been an issue, so I don't see why it's an issue now after 9 years of SC2 or why anything should be changed. Being annoying to play against is fine, many things are annoying to play against in SC2.

So you admit it's annoying. The fact other non-related things are annoying is not justification for leaving in a handicap you have no choice but to play against.
